Jason Evans 8e3c3c61b5 Add {,r,s,d}allocm().

Add allocm(), rallocm(), sallocm(), and dallocm(), which are a
functional superset of malloc(), calloc(), posix_memalign(),
malloc_usable_size(), and free().
