Move typedefs from jemalloc_protos.h.in to jemalloc_typedefs.h.in.

Browse source 
Move typedefs from jemalloc_protos.h.in to jemalloc_typedefs.h.in, so
that typedefs aren't redefined when compiling stress tests.
