tests: use %repeat[] to make tests smaller (cont.)
tests: 46, 265, 304, 316, 397, 443, 551, 552, 559, 651, 742, 775, 1003,
1005, 1006, 1008, 1062, 1070, 1086, 1112, 1151, 1160, 1178, 1192, 1193,
1205, 1237, 3207.

Total `test*` size reduction: 2,395,537 -> 2,165,631 bytes.

Follow-up to 55d4767876 #19279
