curl_formdata: fix to pass long where missing, document CURLFORM_NAMELENGTH 
- lib650: pass `long` to `CURLFORM_NAMELENGTH` in test.
  Spotted by Copilot.

- formdata: pass `long` to `CURLFORM_CONTENTSLENGTH` in comment.
