tidy-up: comments, messages, formatting
- 'null-terminate', sync casing.
- add an `#endif` comment.
- avoid a few instances of 'will'.
- configure: 'aws' -> 'aws-sigv4', where missing.
- unfold/fold lines.
- update memzero/strzero comments.
- uppercase 'CRLF'.
