Stefan Eissing	78dd083788	curl: upload from '.' fix ... CURLOPT_NOPROGRESS is being set twice, if a file is uploaded from '.'. Fix order of options so that '.' can override the global setting. Daniel Stenberg	f97d372703	tool_operate: move config2setopts to separate file, split into subs ... To decrease size and complexity. Complexity taken down from 190 to 80. Daniel Stenberg	40948189ff	curl: make --libcurl output better CURLOPT_*SSLVERSION ... The option is really two enums ORed together, so it needs special attention to make the code output nice.
