Felipe Mesquita	f25124338c	badwords: avoid 'simply' It's mostly a filler word. I've read through each use of it in the code base and did minor rephrasings when "simply" carried some meaning. tidy-up: miscellaneous

To simplify the directory layout.

- OS400 and vms support move from `packages` to `projects`.

- Windows README and `generate.bat` files move from `projects`
  to `projects/Windows`.
