Based on existing code and commit history it appears
`CURL_DISABLE_INSTALL` means to prevent calling `install()`;
`CURL_ENABLE_EXPORT_TARGET` means to prevent calling `export()` and
`install()`s with `EXPORT` in them.
Fix them to also apply to the lib and src directories in that vain:
- lib: honor `CURL_DISABLE_INSTALL`
- src: honor `CURL_DISABLE_INSTALL`
- src: honor `CURL_ENABLE_EXPORT_TARGET`

Make test bundles the default. Drop non-bundle build mode.
Also do all the optimizations and tidy-ups this allows, simpler builds,
less bundle exceptions, streamlined build mechanics.
Also rework the init/deinit macro magic for unit tests. The new method
allows using unique init/deinit function names, and calling them with
arguments. This is in turn makes it possible to reduce the use of global
variables.
Note this drop existing build options `-DCURL_TEST_BUNDLES=` from cmake
and `--enable-test-bundles` / `--disable-test-bundles` from autotools.
Also:
- rename test entry functions to have unique names: `test_<testname>`
This removes the last exception that was handled in the generator.
- fix `make dist` to not miss test sources with test bundles enabled.
- sync and merge `tests/mk-bundle.pl` into `scripts/mk-unity.pl`.
- mk-unity.pl: add `--embed` option and use it when `CURL_CLANG_TIDY=ON`
to ensure that `clang-tidy` does not miss external test C sources.
(because `clang-tidy` ignores code that's #included.)
- tests/unit: drop no-op setup/stop functions.
- tests: reduce symbol scopes, global macros, other fixes and tidy-ups.
- tool1621: fix to run, also fix it to pass.
- sockfilt: fix Windows compiler warning in certain unity include order,
by explicitly including `warnless.h`.

Prefix (or suffix) curl-defined macro and function names with `curl`.
To avoid collisions with non-curl CMake and to make them recognizable
as curl-specific calls.

Add licensing and copyright information for all files in this repository. This
either happens in the file itself as a comment header or in the file
`.reuse/dep5`.
This commit also adds a Github workflow to check pull requests and adapts
copyright.pl to the changes.

For some reason, CMake 2.8.12.2 did not expand the list argument in a
single DEPENDS argument. Remove the quotes, so it gets expanded into
multiple arguments for add_custom_command and add_custom_target.

Note that for some reason there is this warning (that also exists with
autotools, added since curl-7_15_1-94-ga718cb05f):
docs/libcurl/curl_multi_socket_all.3:1: can't open `man3/curl_multi_socket.3': No such file or directory
Additionally, adjust the roffit --mandir option to support creating
links when doing out-of-tree builds.
