tests/client: use curl_mfprintf() 
Replacing `fprintf()`. `curl_mfprintf()` is a public libcurl API.

Following the same change made for libtests.

tests/http/clients: move to tests/client 
To have all the tests binaries directly under the tests directory.

There seems to be no issue adding non-http test clients to this subdir.
