To make special newlines more explicit and visible.
Mostly in `<protocol>` sections, some in `<data*>` and `<upload>`.
Reducing the number of `tests/data/test*`:
- CRLF newlines from 21535 to 11337.
- files with mixed newlines from 1335 to 707.
Also delete empty `<protocol>` sections.

To make it uniform in all tests, and greppability.
Also:
- replace `-k` flag with `-q` in test 1268. (the actual flag doesn't
matter in this test)
- keep `-k` in test 300 to test its short form.
(also verified to fail without a working `-k`)

The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used
with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so
widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted.
Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on.

- Pass the very long request header via file instead of command line.
Prior to this change the 49k very long request header string was passed
via command line and on Windows that is too long so it was truncated and
the test would fail (specifically msys CI).
