Viktor Szakats	4d2a05d3fe	tests: use crlf=yes attribute more ... To make special newlines more explicit and visible. Mostly in `<protocol>` sections, some in `<data*>` and `<upload>`. Reducing the number of `tests/data/test*`: - CRLF newlines from 21535 to 11337. - files with mixed newlines from 1335 to 707. Also delete empty `<protocol>` sections. Daniel Stenberg	fa6b6f1a46	proxy: fix tests as follow-up to 93b0d907d5 ... This fixes tests that were added after 113f04e664 as the tests would fail otherwise. We bring back "Proxy-Connection: Keep-Alive" now unconditionally to fix regressions with old and stupid proxies, but we could possibly switch to using it only for CONNECT or only for NTLM in a future if we want to gradually reduce it.
