cmake: fix unity builds for more build combinations
By using unique static function/variable names in source files implementing these interfaces. - OpenLDAP combined with any SSH backend. - MultiSSL with mbedTLS, OpenSSL, wolfSSL, SecureTransport. Closes #12027
