+  src/main.c had several minor problems

+  src/config-win32.h lacked the HAVE_FCNTL_H define
+  both config-win32.h files now only set the HAVE_UNISTD_H define if the
+  define MINGW32 is set, and I modified src/makefile.m32 and lib/makefile.m32
