Timer works fine with GET requests, but while using POST the time for
CURLINFO_STARTTRANSFER_TIME is wrong. While using POST
CURLINFO_STARTTRANSFER_TIME minus CURLINFO_PRETRANSFER_TIME is near to zero
every time.
