api: fix printf format specifier
- Use %hu for unsigned short instead of %u. Prior to this change some compilers could warn of an argument type mismatch. C argument promotion rules promote the unsigned short argument to an int, which does not match %u (unsigned int) but does match %hu (unsigned short). Assisted-by: Viktor Szakats Closes https://github.com/curl/curl/pull/22511
