tidy-up: avoid (()), clang-format fixes and more

- drop redundant parentheses from macro definitions.
- apply clang-format in some places missed earlier.
- wolfssl: fix a macro guard comment.
- curl_setup.h: drop empty lines
- FAQ: fix C formatting.
