This file no longer holds the changelog. Now you can generate it yourself
like this:
Generate a CHANGES file like the one present in evey release like this:
$ git log --pretty=fuller --no-color --date=short --decorate=full | \
./log2changes.pl
The older, manually edited, changelog is found in git named CHANGES.0
