misc: typo and grammar fixes
- Replace `Github` with `GitHub`. - Replace `windows` with `Windows` - Replace `advice` with `advise` where a verb is used. - A few fixes on removing repeated words. - Replace `a HTTP` with `an HTTP` Closes #9802
